Zuzana Hatas is Head of COE Vendor Management and HR Engagement partner, HR Global Operations

Zuzana Hatas is Head of COE Vendor Management and HR Engagement partner at HR Global Operations since October 2016. She has extensive experience as line manager, project lead and global coordinator leading cross-cultural teams.

Zuzana has been working at Ericsson for 21 years in a variety of roles within HR Delivery. She built up and headed administrative support for handling of Ericsson Stock Purchase Plan, founded end user support HR Direct in Sweden and consequently led the implementation of the concept globally. From 2011-2014, Zuzana was responsible for Occupational Health and Safety and was instrumental in implementing OHSAS 18001 standard and securing the company’s OHSAS 18001 certificate.

In her current role she is ensuring that HR GO has an effective vendor management of critical suppliers in place, meaning a firm governance structure and very close collaboration with Sourcing function. COE Vendor Management helps to ensure that HRGO selects and implements right vendors to secure that the operational and financial goals are met.

Zuzana has a Master degree in French language, history and literature which she later completed with postgrad HR studies. She believes very strongly in principle of leading by example and create an environment where colleagues can grow and perform on top of their abilities.
