HR Association India organized the 5th HR Distinction Awards ( HR Excellence Awards ) on 23rd January 2020 at Le Meridien, New Delhi. The HR Distinction Awards 2020 received an overwhelming participation of 300+ organizations across India and UAE and the Winner s of all the categories were invited to receive the awards in New Delhi. The theme of the event being Future of HR and Corporate Wellness , all the Key Notes and Panel were curated strategically to provide enriching experience to the audience.
The audience indeed had an exceptional feedback after the awards . The awards were graced by Mr. Jyoti Kalash Resident Commissioner of Nagaland House, Mr. KL Ganju Consul General (Hony.) of the Republic of Union of the Comoros and Hon’ble Coulibaly D Herve, Head of Consular Affair s – Embassy of Burkina Faso as the Chief Guest for the Event .
The audience witnessed unique sessions on Design Thinking by Mr. Niyam Bhushan – Design Thinker & Mentor and Leadership Awakening through Music by Mr. Arnab Mallik – Leadership Awakener. Moreover, the audience made concrete notes in the Future of Work Session addres sed by Mr. Rajeev Bhadauria – Idea Mentor HRAI and Future of HR Session by Mr. Ajay Venkatesh – Associate Director, KPMG.
In the presence of the es teemed Chief Guests and distingui shed CHROs , Head HR, Director HR, President HR and Celebraty HR Professional s , Mr. Vikas Vats – President , HR Associat ion India launched the mostambitious 3W Global Forum of HRAI with an aim to make the HR Fraternity Future Ready for WORK, WORKFORCE and WORKPLACE in the VUCA World. The awards were at tended in high spiri t s by all the delegates and all the delegates expressed their keen interest to participate in the future activities of HRAI as well. HRAI has al so launched the 6th edit ion of HR Distinction Awards on 19th February 2021, New Delhi.
