The Human Resource Association India  ( HR Association India ) is a  national level association representing human resource and people management professionals. We have around 80,000 members from India and across the globe.

Whether you want to develop your career, get HR support, stay in touch with the latest industry developments, or help to grow the HR and management skills of your team, HR Association India’s membership is for you.

HR Association India provides education and training services in HR, people management and business skills; produces world-class conferences; and holds seminars and networking opportunities all over India– including our biggest annual event – the HRAI National Convention.

HR Association India also works to conduct research into people management practices, and assist governments in the development of policy and legislation that affects people at work.

The mission of HR Association India is to promote latest tools and technologies in the Human Resource Management field by offering members a wide variety of professional development opportunities and a common forum for sharing ideas and experiences.
